Personal Online Training Services 

Packages include: A detailed workout program and basic nutrition guidelines written specifically for you, based on your current fitness level, health history, and goals.   During your 8 or 12 week program, I will be available to answer any questions via email, and will offer additional suggestions to help and encourage you as you strive to reach your fitness goals.

$30 for a 8 - Week Personalized Training Program

$35 for a 12 – Week Personalized Training Program

Once I receive your payment I will be in contact through email within 24 hours with details about the next steps.

Face-to-Face Personal Training Rates

Packages include: One on one sessions that will meet your specific fitness needs, as well as a personalized program that you can follow at home. I will also be available by phone/text/email at any time if you have questions or concerns.

SINGLE PERSON SESSIONS:

$22 pay as you go
$17 when you purchase a Package of 8
$12 when you purchase a Package of 16

GROUP SESSIONS (2-3):

$15 per person pay as you go
$10 per person when you purchase a Package of 8
$8 per person when you purchase a Package of 16

Prices are based on one-hour sessions.  Sale prices good through October only.
